JUDGMENT

When this matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondents would submit that the matter was settled between the parties by virtue of compromise. In this regard, they had also filed the Joint Memo for recording settlement dated 20.02.2024.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo for recording settlement. The said Joint Memo shall form part and parcel of the decree. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
