Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders granting revised pensionary benefits and retirement benefits based on the revised salary as granted by the order of third respondent in Na.Ka.No.00442/L/E4/2015 dated 10.12.2015 in rectification of pay anomaly on par with junior, from the date of retirement on 31.05.2019, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2020, with all consequential and other attendant benefits along with interest for delay in payment of retirement benefits.
