David Baskara Doss v. The Government Of Tamilnadu

W.M.P.No.24661 of 2020 P.VELMURUGAN,J The petitioner has filed this writ miscellaneous petition to modify the order dated 24.11.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8247 of 2007 in terms of joint Memo of Compromise entered between parties, which enclosed along with this affidavit.

2. This Court allowed the writ petition on 24.11.2020 and also directed to reinstate the petitioner in service and to pass an order permitting the petitioner to retire from service with all consequential service and monetary benefits, but without back wages. The said exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Now, both the parties have arrived at settlement and they have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise. The order passed by this Court dated 24.11.2020 is modified in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise and the Joint Memo of Compromise shall be form part of order of this writ petition.
