Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocated appearing for the respondent and for the learned counsel for intervener in Crl.M.P.No.8194 of 2018.
2. The petitioner herein is A3. According to the prosecution, the deceased is said to be the third wife of one V.K.Elayalwar and the petitioner herein is the daughter born through the second wife Hema and the prosecution has stated that the above said V.K.Elayalwar, during his life time, has executed a Will bequeathing the property in favour of the 3rd wife Kumudha, deceased herein and hence, A3 exchanged over the said issue as developed a animosity and thus the motive. A2 is said to be the employee of cinema theatre owned by the deceased.
3. The learned counsel for the intervener would submit that based on the confession statement given by A1, according to them, A1 and A2 was working in the cinema theatre. A3 is the daughter of Hema.
4. After going through the records, the investigating officer has filed objection by way of counter through the learned Public Prosecutor, submitted that the CCTV footage, for 23.04.2018 stationed at Indian Bank were this petitioner is working was collected by them, and the same was submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kallakurichi and further the investigation is pending to examine some more
witnesses.

Hence, considering the nature and gravity of the offence and crucial stage of investigation and other materials placed before this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, accordingly this criminal original petition is dismissed for the present. 21.06.2018 Index :Yes/No AT To The Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, Villupuram District.
