This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the above criminal appeal as against the order dated 23.12.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.119 of 2018, the complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track) Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 131 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
