ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.92 of 2012, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matter was adjourned. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after the investigation, charge sheet has been filed and it was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, in C.C.No.92 of 2012, and after the trial, the petitioners/accused were acquitted by Judgment dated 31.05.2013.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
