W.M.P.No.27497 of 2019 in K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for modification of the order dated 15.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.28952 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the second respondent to notionally promote/upgrade the petitioner as Senior Supervisor, as has been done in the case of R.V.Deenadayalam, and grant similar pay with effect from 23.01.1995.

2. The present modification petition is filed by contending that the said exercise has to be carried out only by the first respondent and not by the second respondent as directed by this Court. Therefore, only to that extent, the order dated 15.04.2019 is sought to be modified.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner is not having any objection in allowing the said modification petition.

4. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, the order passed by this Court on 15.04.2019 in W.P.No.28952 of 2015, is modified only Page No. 1

by issuing the direction to the first respondent to notionally promote/upgrade the petitioner as Senior Supervisor, as has been done in the case of R.V.Deenadayalam, and grant similar pay with effect from 23.01.1995, being the date of G.O.Ms.No.26 P & AR Department, instead of second respondent as stated in the said order. Since this modification order is passed today, the first respondent shall complete the exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03.10.2019 mk Note: Issue order copy on 10.10.2019 Page No. 2
