O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Mrs.Ananthi, aged 19 years. It is alleged by him that, now the detenue is in the company of the third respondent, who is none else than her paternal uncle. It is stated that this amounts to illegal custody. In our considered opinion, it is not so, because after all she is in the care and custody of her father and paternal uncle.
Thus, we do not find any illegal detention. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. gms -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
