ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to give opportunity to the petitioner to submit the necessary documents and other materials pertaining to the alleged misappropriation of funds of the temple by the erstwhile hereditary trustee. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Department brought to the notice of this Court the earlier order passed in W.P.Nos.1306 & 3647 of 2024
3/5 dated 19.03.2025. The learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the said order, enquiry is going on and such enqiry is going to be conducted even today. Hence, it was submitted that if the petitioner wants to submit the documents and the other materials, he can do so and opportunity will be given to him.
3.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide opportunity to the petitioner to present all the relevant documents and materials next week in order to enable the 2nd respondent to take a final decision.
