Respondents Prayer : This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 5th respondent and quash the order of appointment of the 6th respondent herein as Principal of Sacred Heart College, Tiruppattur on 10.06.2006 and communicated to the petitioner by letter dated 08.11.2006 and consequently appoint the petitioner as the Principal of Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur, Vellore District.
