O R D E R

This Court, vide order dated 14.07.2020, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.19178 of 2013, issued a direction to the respondents to pay the undisputed amounts to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the respondents have not complied with the same, the petitioners have filed the present petition before this Court. 2.On 12.11.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this court issued a Statutory Notice to the respondents for not complying with the condition. As per the order of this Court, the respondents 2 & 3 have not appeared before this Court on 10.12.2021. Therefore, on 10.12.2021, this Court was issued bailable warrant against them. In view of the above, the appearance of the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, the respondents 3 & 4 have appeared before this Court in person and the respondents 1 & 2 have not appeared. However, the first respondent has filed a memo dated 15.12.2021 stating that as per the order of this court, the undisputed amounts have paid to the petitioners in view of the above the appeared parties are dispensed with. 3/4

4. This is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
