This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to monitor the investigation and 3rd respondent to register the case against the proposed accused Sri Ram financial company and his official on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 06.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
