This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Ambattur to expedite the trial proceedings in S.T.C.No.125 of 2020 1/3

and N.ANAND VENKATESH,J ssr dispose the case within the reasonable time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Ambattur to expedite the trial proceedings in S.T.C.No.125 of 2020 and dispose the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
