ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 10.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P No.28453 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted patta only in respect of 25 cents and for remaining extent of land an enquiry to be conducted.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the second respondent passed an order on 18.12.2021 on the representation submitted by the petitioner, as directed by this Court.

4. However, the second respondent passed an order on 18.12.2021 and complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28453 of 2015. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry for the remaining land as requested by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
