This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.11 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in respect of the first and second petitioners / first and second accused, already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannargudi and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.708 of 2013, and in respect of the third petitioner / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third accused, he submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Juvenile Court, Tiruvarur and the same has been taken on file in J.C.C.No.18 of 2013.

3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
