Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and quashing the termination order issued by the third respondent under Memo Ref. No. 708/S/2024 dated 01.07.2011 against the petitioner. The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.07.2011 passed by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the order impugned in this Writ Petition, it reveals that the petitioner has an appeal remedy as against the impugned 2/5

order before the General Manager, Archbishop of Pondicherry and Cuddalore. Therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as an appeal remedy is available to the petitioner.
