ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the Respondents to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner including monthly pension, gratuity, surrendered earned leave Specifical Provident Fund, Surrendered unearned leave on private affairs and commutation with interest of 12 percent per annum from the date of retirement till the date of realization within a stipulated time period fixed by this Honble Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2026."

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.Gokulraj, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3.

3. In similar circumstances, Writ Petitions filed by similarly placed employees seeking pensionary benefits were allowed and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025. Since the issues raised in the present Writ Petitions are squarely covered by the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court, the respondents shall comply with the directions issued in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025, on or before 13.07.2026 and report compliance before this Court on 20.07.2026.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
