This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.66 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram.

2. I called for a report from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 22.10.2024.

3. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate has sent a report stating that the suit is pending at the stage of PW1 cross and sought four months time for disposal of the suit.

4. Taking into consideration the request made by the leanred District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, I am inclined to grant six months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order to dispose of O.S.No.66 of 2023.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
