Crl.M.P.No.4651 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19833 of 2020 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.935 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.19833 of 2020 dated 04.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.935 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.19833 of 2020 dated 04.02.2021, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.935 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.19833 of 2020 dated 04.02.2021, is relaxed. However, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
