ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120-B r/w420 of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.RC032/2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases .

3. Today (20/04/2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Srinivasan learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases submitted that in the present case, investigation was over and final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the Special Court for CBI Cases, Coimbatore viz., II Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. He further submitted that since final report has been filed, the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Special Court for CBI cases, Coimbatore viz., II Additional District Judge, Coimbatore and execute a Bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C with an undertaking that he will appear before the Special Court for CBI Cases, Coimbatore regularly on all hearing.

4. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Special Court for CBI Cases, Coimbatore viz., II Additional Judge,, Coimbatore and execute a bond under Section 88 of the Cr.P.C within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
