This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to issue patta for the land measuring 26 cents in S. No.671/1 and 24 cents in S. No.672/3 of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and land measuring 33 cents in S. No.671/1 totally 83 cents, of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering petitioner's application dated 25.05.2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has made an online application to the respondent to make sub division and issue patta in respect of land measuring 26 cents in S. No.671/1 and 24 cents in S. No.672/3 of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and land measuring 33 cents in S. No.671/1 totally 83 cents, of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Page 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application dated 25.05.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for sub-division and patta in respect of land measuring 26 cents in S. No.671/1 and 24 cents in S. No.672/3 of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and land measuring 33 cents in S. No.671/1 totally 83 cents, of Viralimalai Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
