ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petitioner is the father of one Ms.S. Keerthana, aged about 25 years, has made appearance today before us. He submitted that the whereabouts of his daughter S. Keerthana is not yet know, but there is a rumor that she has eloped with one Rajesh @ Madhan. According to the petitioner, his daughter is suffering from depression and he does not want to pursue the matter and he made an endorsement to that effect.
