This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience in non compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.12662 of 2020.

this Court has been complied with by the respondent on 17.11.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the compliance order of the respondent. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
