ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to approve the plots/layouts submitted by the petitioner through his online application ref No.372, dated 21.01.2022 without reference to the lapsed Detailed Development Plan No.3 framed in the year 1995.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted an application through on-line for approval of the layout for residential houses and the same has been rejected by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. In the counter filed by the respondents it is stated that the petitioner has not submitted the following documents for processing his application : 2/5
[i] Land Ownership document [ii] Land field measurement book [iii] Land Patt / 'A' Register [iv] Approach road in field measurement book [v] Approach road Adangal / 'A' Register [vi] State Government Pleader Opinion [vii] Encumbrance Certificate upto date [viii] Layout Site / topo plan It is also submitted that, if a fresh application is uploaded along with the relevant documents on online as indicated in the counter, the respondent shall consider the same and pass Orders.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to upload his application along with the relevant documents on on-line as indicated in the counter and on such application, the respondent shall consider the same and pass Orders on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 3/5
