(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest, in Crime No.106 of 2020 registered by the Civil Supplies CID, Trichy Unit. Since Trichy District comes under the jurisdiction of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, this petition is not maintainable before this Court. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
