O R D E R

This Petition is filed to expedite the trial and dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.1279 of 2020 on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner filed Petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the Respondent. Subsequent to the filing of the Petition, the Respondent has not chosen to come to live with the Petitioner. Therefore, the Petition was not pressed and dismissed as not pressed on 16.09.2020. Thereafter, the Petitioner filed Petition under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1959 for divorce against the Respondent. Now, this Revision is filed seeking direction to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1279 of 2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.Considered the submissions of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the records.

4.This H.M.O.P.No.1279 of 2020 was filed only in the year 2020. This Court is not aware of the pendency status of the matrimonial cases pending on the file of Principal Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to fix any time frame for disposing the H.M.O.P.No.1279 of 2020. However, the Learned Principal Judge, Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose the case, as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
