Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in letter No.C3/17393/2012 dated 03.01.2013 returning the petitioners planning permission application unapproved for constructions of Multistoried residential building at Semmanchery(Nukkampalayam Road) Sholinganallur, Chennai in S.No.384/2 by quashing the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to consider and approve the petitioners application for planning permission for constructions of multistoried residential building at the subjected property above without reference to the road width requirement on re-submission at the earliest.
