PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of the civil suit filed in O.S. No. 114 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Salem on merits. For Petitioner :

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S. No. 114 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Judge at Salem.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.08.2024, I requested the learned I Additional District Judge at Salem to submit a report and also requested him to indicate how long it will take to dispose of O.S. No. 114 of 2016.

3. In compliance with the request, the learned I Additional District Judge sent a report on 29.08.2024.

4. Taking into consideration the request made by the civil revision petitioner as well as the report filed by the learned District Judge, seven months time is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of O.S. No. 114 of 2016.
