Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

This Court had already dealt with a similar issue in W.P.Nos.12887 of 2016 etc., batch cases and this Court, by an order dated 22.04.2022, disposed of all the writ petitions with certain directions.
4. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.12887 of 2016 etc., batch cases, dated 22.04.2022, both the writ petitions are disposed of.
