(1) permit the me to withdraw the amount being a sum of Rs.40,000/- lying in the credit of MP.No.808/2017 in M.C.No.417/2017 on 03.04.2018 before the Vth Additional Family Court, Chennai. (CRL.MP.6536/2018)
(2) direct my husband continuously to pay amount of Rs.8,000/- as a interim Maintenance to me till the disposal of this Crl.R.C.No.365 of 2018. (CRL.MP.6537/2018) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.Y.GEORGE WILLIAMS, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed, seeking permission to withdraw the amount being a sum of Rs.40,000/- lying in the credit of MP.No.808 of 2017 in M.C.No.417 of 2017 on 03.04.2018 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to direct the respondent-husband continuously to pay amount of Rs.8,000/- as a interim maintenance to the petitioner-wife till the disposal of the case.
2. This Court, by an order dated 21.03.2018, granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month to the credit of M.P.No.808 of 2017 in M.C.No.417 of 2017 by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai. Therefore, this Court directs the respondent-husband to deposit before the trial court a sum of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight thousand only) instead of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) for future maintenance on or before 5th of the every succeeding English calendar month and the petitioner-wife is entitled to withdraw the deposited amount.
