ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act r/w 6 & 11 of R.S.Rules, 2000, in Crime No.197 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with other accused was found in possession of 105 liters of I.D.Arrack.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases of similar nature.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
