LTD., CITY BRANCH 1090, POONAMALLEE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to exempt the Petitioners from paying the Court fees to a tune of Rs.49,000/- (in CMP.No.17960/2021) in the above CMA.SR.NO.89616/2021 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.
2.The petitioner was the claimant before the Tribunal and they sought compensation of Rs.50,00,000/-, but the Tribunal has dismissed the claim petition. As against which, this appeal has been filed. We are not inclined to grant exemption from payment of Court Fee. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
