This petition is filed by the appellant/assessee seeking to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

Heard M/s.Biju Joseph, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Sathish Sundar, learned counsel accepting notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.Pramodkumar Chopda, learned counsel accepting notice for the respondents 2 to 4, and Mr.P.R.Krishnaraj, learned counsel accepting notice for the 5th respondent, who have no serious objection for ordering this petition. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
