The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioners who have undergone their First year MBA P.G. Degree course in the 4th Respondent institution to write the first year second semester MBA practical examinations which is to commence from 30.05.2012 and the subsequent theory examinations and consequently publish their results.

2.Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition is for the relevant point of time (2012), nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
