This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.307 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.307 of 2019 and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirupattur and it is yet to be numbered.

3. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
