ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the 45 days old female child of the petitioner and his wife namely Jayapriya, aged about 33 years, before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Jayapriya went missing with their 45 days old infant from 27.11.2020 and that the police have not taken any action on the complaint given by the petitioner.

3.Today, Ms.A.Sonia Mary, Constable, K3 Aminjikarai Police Station, Chennai is present.

4.The police produced Jayapriya who came along with the infant. She stated that she is not under the illegal custody of anyone and she is at present living in No.18A/3, Annai Nagar, Rahamad Nagar (Extn.), Thirunelveli - 627 011 and her mobile number is 9791234977.

5.Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
