2. None appeared for the respondents 1 to 3. Further they have not chosen to file counter affidavit as ordered by this Court on 01.08.2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the affidavit and petition.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

5. The counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and serve the amended copy of the plaint to the respondents on or before 16.08.2019.
