For Petitioner :Mr.Jeremiah Gregory John For R1 :Mr.K.Venkatasubban for Sarvabhauman Associates For R2 :No appearance.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh application.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents also present and he objected on the ground that the documents filed along with this petition are all not for the contemporary period of the disputed document. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. The above said objections can be raised by the respondents before the trial Court. Therefore, this court deems it fit and appropriate to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file fresh application. If any application filed by the petitioner, the trial Court has to take the same on file otherwise if in order and dispose of the said case within a period of two months from the date of filing of such application.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revision petitioner to file fresh application. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
