ORDER

The Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the Proceedings of the respondent, dated 23.05.2023. As seen from the said Proceedings, the respondent has stated that if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner seeking for transfer from Pollachi North to Kanyakumari district, the said 1/3

representation will be duly considered, as per the Government Orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the said submission. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2022 has been considered by the respondent under the Proceedings of the respondent, dated 23.05.2023, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
