ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.1091 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021 on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2021.

2. The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1091 of 2021 for the offences under Section 147, 447, 427 of IPC, has filed this petition stating that the respondent police are not conducting investigation in a proper manner. Despite the complaint and materials so far collected reveals the involvement of other accused and other offences, they failed to add the offences committed under Sections 148, 341, 408, 294(b), 506(2) R/W 3 of T.N.P.P.D. Act. Further, the petitioner had also sent a representation to that effect on 28.08.2021. But, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is in progress. If the petitioner would provide any materials, the same would be considered and dispassionately final report in this case would be filed.

4. Recordings the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
