C.M.P.No.13675 of 2025 C.M.P.No.13675 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.87464 of 2025 R. KALAIMATHI, J.
This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 577 days in filing the appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Mr.K.Swaminathan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and raised objections in allowing this petition.
4. The 1st petitioner would aver that due to financial inability and health problem, the delay of 577 days occurred, which is not wanton.
5. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 577 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period. 11.09.2025 Mac https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
