This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair order and decreetal order dated 13.08.2012 made in E.P.No.47/2009 in O.S.No.186/1990 on the file of Sub Court of Nilgiris at Udhagamandalam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that EP filed by the respondent has been dismissed for non-prosecution by the Trial Court and hence nothing survives in this petition. He has also made a endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
