This application has been filed to implead the applicant herein as the 5th defendant in the above suit in C.S.No.104 of 2025 in the interest of justice and fair adjudication of the present proceedings.

2. Mr.Thomas T.Jacob, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.Krishna Ravindran, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendments by 15.07.2025. List the matter on 15.07.2025.
