This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in preferring the writ appeal.

Heard Ms.R.Kamatchi Sundaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 3. Despite notice having been served, none appears on behalf of respondents 1, 2 and 4.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 48 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
