Considering the convenience of the wife, which alone has to be considered while deciding on transfer of matrimonial proceedings, the HMOP.No.390 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Salem is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Namakkal to be disposed of in accordance with law.
