This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above revision case. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3. The petitioner had taken private notice to the respondents and the same was served. The respondents names are also printed in the causelist, despite the same, today, there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel. It shows that the respondents have got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
