(Order of the Court was made by D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.) This is the petition to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the first respondent and he vehemently opposed the petition on the ground that already contempt petition is pending and directions are issued.

3. Considering the fact that the petition before us is for condonation of delay of 106 days and upon considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are of the view that the delay can be condoned.

Accordingly, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
