Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the 2nd respondent refusing to cancel the registration of the document registered as Document No.2812/2015.

3. As against the said order, the petitioner can very well go before the Inspector General of Registration and file an appeal. Without doing so, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Inspector General of Registration and file an appeal challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent.
