ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for a revenue sub-division of his property comprised in S.Nos.107/1A, 1B, 4, 108/3 and 109/2.
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 04.01.2021, this Court was informed that an enquiry was scheduled at 3 p.m., on that day. Hence, the Court adjourned the matter today.
3. Today, Mr.G.Rajesh, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the Tahsildar, vide his proceedings e/f/M2/2033/2020 ehs;/5/01/2021, has rejected the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's prayer for sub-division and also circulated a copy of the said proceedings.
4. Both the copy of the proceedings as well as the statement of the learned Government Advocate are recorded.
5. In view of the action taken by the Tahsildar nothing survives in this petition.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
7. The petitioner is at liberty to seek such further remedy available to him as per law.
