ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.595/Aaa/5/08 dated 13.10.2008 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to the effect: "In view of the subsequent development this writ petition became a infructuous"

3.In view of the above statement and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
